Literally the best realtor ever. Such an amazing helpful person. Also very attentive to questions and very quick at responding. She advised us on negotiation tactics and in this market every bit counts. We looked at so many houses over the course of 6 months and only put 4 different offers in, on our fourth one we got it! She also advised our mortgage specialist which turned out to be one of the best routes we could’ve taken. We honestly consider her a friend now. Jasmine is great. She had our many questions answered so quickly, w/in minutes of asking every time and made things so easy for us. We both work in the mortgage industry so we’re a little pickier than some, but she was able to point out things we never even thought to look for and advised us on negotiations throughout the process.
